His clients include the logistic operators, toys manufacturers, prebuilt house developers, clothing makers and other trade dealers from over 25 countries across the world. Victor is a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a tax faculty member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has over 15 years of experience in accounting and taxation, specializing in China, UK, US and HK tax codes as well as International Financial Reporting Standards, Business Management and Transfer Pricing.

Before establishing Victor & Truman CPAs, Truman has spent 20 years in providing financial consulting and auditing for domestic and international businesses. He has expertise in business analysis, Internal Controls and international accounting standards (IASs). He has earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in China. He is a non-executive director for some clients, who are the subsidiaries of company listed in London stock exchange or Singapore stock exchange market. Truman is a graduate of the Zhejiang University of Finance & Economics. He had two months training course in London organized by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is an ACA candidate of ICAEW. And He visited and studied at Bank of England, Ernest & Young (UK), BDO (UK) and DLA Piper UK LLP in year 2011.
